Why I ship in small milestones
Big bang launches are risky. Smaller drops mean you see progress and I keep quality high.
I break work into named milestones - structure, core UI, content, polish - so you always know what is happening and what is next.
You get something reviewable early, not a black box for weeks. Feedback lands while the architecture still flexes, not after everything is glued together.
Deploy can still be one public launch; the difference is how we get there, with fewer rewrites and clearer expectations.
